LexVera brings research, matter documents, drafting, and firm knowledge into one workspace. Lawyers can trace the material behind an answer, understand its assumptions, and decide what is ready to use.
Trace the answer. Open the authority or document on which a proposition is based.
Work in context. Keep the relevant facts, instructions, and documents together.
Apply legal judgment. Check the analysis for gaps, assumptions, and next steps before relying on it or sharing it.
How LexVera supports the work
Each stage remains visible, so a colleague can understand how the answer was reached and what still needs attention.
Specify the jurisdiction, relevant facts, documents, and the form of advice or draft required.
Bring the authorities and document passages that bear on the issue into the same workspace.
Check the analysis against the available material, resolve open points, and determine the appropriate next step.

Questions firms ask
LexVera combines legal research, document analysis, drafting support, and semantic search across uploaded material. It is developed for Dutch and European legal work, but available sources, jurisdictional coverage, and output format vary by workflow. We can tailor a demonstration to the task, sources, and jurisdiction that matter to your firm.
Research results can show citations and the relevant source context; document answers can point to excerpts and pages where available. Before relying on any output, a lawyer must confirm that the authority exists, supports the proposition, is current and applicable, and must consider contrary or omitted material.
Data handling should be assessed against the firm’s matter policies and the proposed use. The security overview and privacy notice provide further detail. Before introducing confidential material, confirm the permitted inputs and the requirements for access, service providers, retention, and deletion.
No. LexVera assists with research, document analysis, and drafting. A qualified lawyer remains responsible for the sources and facts, the interpretation of the law, the handling of uncertainty and confidential information, and every communication to a client, counterparty, court, or regulator.
A demo request starts a conversation with our team. Tell us the workflow, jurisdiction, document type, and standard that matter to your firm, and we will tailor the demonstration accordingly. If a pilot is the right next step, we will agree its scope and success criteria with you.
